How to make the payment of publication fee for your paper

If you have received the notice that your manuscript has been accepted by any of our journals that are listed here, then you need to pay the open access publication fee as soon as possible to avoid the potential delay for the publication of your paper, because the manuscript will be further produced and published on the "First paid, First served" basis. This will ensure those manuscripts that have been paid to be published promptly and to be fair to our authors.

The open access publication fee for each journal can be found in the Table below.

There are two ways you can pay your publication fee:

1. Pay by check
2. Pay by electronic transfer (electronic wire)

(Note: Pay by credit card is not available at this time. But we are actively working on finding a vendor with an appropriate processing fee schedule in order to keep publication fee relative low and stable. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation). 

If you chose to pay by check, please:

1. Make check payable to: e-Century Publishing Corporation (Not the journal name)
2. Write your Invoice Number on memo area: for example, Invoice number AJCR012345 (it can be found on the top right column of your invoice)
3. Mail the check to: e-Century Publishing Corporation, 40 White Oaks Ln, Madison, WI 53711, USA

To pay by wire, our bank information will be provided in the invoice you received:

1. Bank Name: Will be provided in the invoice.
2. Bank Branch Address: Will be provided in the invoice.
3. Bank Phone Number: Will be provided in the invoice.
4. Account Owner/Holder/Name/Beneficiary name: e-Century Publishing Corporation
5. Routing Number: It is provided in the invoice;
6. Account Number/IBAN: It will be provided in the invoice;
7. Swift Code: It will be provided in the invoice.

Please write the Tracking ID of your manuscript on the wire statement. Invoice will be usually sent to you within one week after the manuscript is accepted.

It is very important to provide your Invoice Number in your check, or your bank electronic wire statement as part of the Beneficiary so that the funds can be credited to your invoice promptly and accurately.

If you have any question about the payment, or if you have not received the invoice 2 weeks after your manuscript is accepted, please e-mail us at invoice@e-century.org.

Once again, you must write the Tracking ID of your accepted manuscript on your check, or bank electronic wire statement or credit card payment information. We need the Tracking ID of your manuscript to credit your money to your paper.
