The American Journal of Clinical and Experimental Obstetrics and Gynecology (AJCEOG) (ISSN: 2330-1899) is an open access, online journal to facilitate rapid publication and circulation of novel discoveries in basic, translational, and clinical studies of Obstetrics and Gynecology. It was founded by a group of scientists in the relevant fields and clinical academic physicians from around the world, who are devoted to the advancement of understanding of this group of important diseases and the development of the therapies.
The scope of AJCEOG encompasses all areas of Obstetrics and Gynecology. AJCEOG welcomes original and review, commentary, and current opinion articles on both clinical investigation, translational, and basic research. Occasionally, editorials, special topic issues, short communications, case report, policy related topics and invited perspectives will also be published. Manuscripts, including figures and tables, must be original and not under consideration by another journal.
Unlike most other open access online journals, AJCEOG will keep most of the traditional features of paper print that we are all familiar with, such as continuous volume, issue numbers, as well as continuous page numbers to retain our comfortable familiarity towards an academic journal.
AJCEOG was officially launched in October 2013, published as a bi-monthly journal, and is accepting manuscripts submission now. Publication frequencies can be increased to monthly if more manuscripts are received. We are accepting manuscript submissions at this time. Generally manuscripts will be peer reviewed within 4-8 weeks and published within 1-2 months if accepted.
